The prices for tables and individual seats at the Demolition Summit Conference and Awards at the Okura Hotel in Amsterdam are as follows:

These prices exclude Dutch VAT at 19%
These prices include:
- Pre dinner drinks reception
- Four course dinner, including wine.
- Conference attendance plus lunch, coffee and tea
The spouse ticket is as above, but excludes the conference and includes a day trip in Amsterdam, plus lunch.

The Summit hotel is the Hotel Okura, one of the leading hotels in the world (for more information, see www.okura.nl).
Details of a special delegate rate is contained in the attached booking form and weblink. The form should be faxed or emailed to the hotel directly.
The discounted room rate will be available until September 30, 2009, or until the rooms are sold out, whichever is the earlier.
