  • The Velodrome video is spectacular indeed.

    I am sure the Architects found the concept with timber roofing on stretched cables as a very appropriate way to feature curves in the roofing at lowest cost. One question that crops up is in regard to the 'sustainability' aspect of this building- what with a lot of wood, is it the right example of an environment friendly design?
