Fluor names David Seaton chairman
David Seaton, chairman and CEO of Fluor Corporation
US contractor Fluor Corporation has elected CEO David Seaton to chairman of the board.
The announcement followed the retirement of former CEO Alan Boeckmann who steped down after a year as non-executive chairman and the previous nine years as chairman and CEO.
Mr Seaton was named CEO and company director of Fluor Corporation in February 2011. The company said he would now hold both the chairman and CEO positions.
