Local buy-out for Sarens Polska

Sarens Polska has acquired the Gdansk-based crane rental company Zuraw Grohman, complete with its fleet of 160 cranes.

Sarens Polska, part of Belgium-based international lifting and transport company Sarens Group, has also added a transport division as part of this transaction.

Zuraw Grohman, now rebranded Zuraw Sarens, is a medium-sized company offering mobile cranes of up to 1,000 tonnes capacity. It emplys 180 people and has a transport division capable of carrying cargo of up to 200 tonnes. In addition to its Gdansk headquarters, Zuraw Sarens also has a network of regional branch offices.

The company focuses on transport works, transport and hoisting assembly and disassembly, and the rental and operation of mobile cranes.
