Snorkel confirms Acces Industrie partnership

Acces Industrie Sales has become Snorkel’s official distributor for France, it was officially announced at Intermat last week.

Acces Industrie Groupe includes rental company Acces Industrie, which was established in 1997. Headquartered in Tonneins, France, the Sales division is focused on the sale and service of equipment in France and is the distributor for a number of other lifting equipment brands.

Acces Industrie has been working with Snorkel since November 2016, however the official distributor agreement was signed in September 2017, with immediate effect for the French market. At Intermat 2018, held last week, the two companies officially announced the partnership.

The manufacturer showed 11 products at Intermat, returning to the show for the first time since 2009. making its official French debut on the Snorkel stand was the S2755RT narrow compact rough terrain scissor lift. Originally launched at APEX 2017 in Amsterdam, the S2755RT offers a maximum working height of 10.4m and can lift up to 300kg. With a narrow width of 1.45m, one of the key features of this machine is that it is specifically designed to work in constricted areas where a standard width lift would have difficulties. Capable of climbing gradients of up to 35% and designed to be towed by light commercial vehicles, the Snorkel S2755RT weighs just 2,580kg.

Along with the French debut of the Snorkel S2755RT, the 196sqm stand also included the S3010P and S3010E mini scissor lifts, S3219E and S4732E electric slab scissor lifts, the UL25 and TM12 mast lifts, the A38E and A46JE electric boom lifts, the A62JRT diesel articulating boom lift, and the TL37J towable boom lift.
