Hyva training in Peru

06 August 2018

Dutch hydraulic loader crane manufacturer Hyva said it is continuing its training programme to ensure it remains competitive in the global market.

Its most recent product training session involved its regional Brazilian team and its global cranes team joining forces to deliver product training to the sales personnel of its South American dealer, Equipos Trex.

According to Hyva, Daniel Fetzner – product manager, cranes, Germano Guerra – export manager, Hyva Brazil, and Milton Michaltchuk – applications analyst, Hyva Brazil, bought the participants up-to-date on a range of topics including product features, sales differentials, product configurations, installation, and operation at Trex’s facilities in Peru.

“The success of our dealer partnerships is based on mutual commitment,” commented Guerra. “All our dealers are committed to ensuring that their sales teams are completely up-to-date, while we provide total support, from a global and regional level, to ensure they have everything they need to compete in today’s market.”
