Temporary power provider Aggreko has announced it is expanding its power projects in Bali by 45 MW, bringing its total power output to 170 MW.
Soames to become CEO of outsourcing group Serco and leaves Aggreko after AGM on 24 April.
Aggreko will provide power for the 2014 World Cup and Commonwealth Games. In Panama, it becomes a licenced power generator in Panama, competing with permanent power generators.
Aggreko will work on Cirque du Soleil’s five big top shows at all tour locations, providing power and temperature control in the US, Canada, Latin America, Europe and Asia Pacific.
Trading in line with expectations says Aggreko, with North America in particular performing well. Investment in HFO (heavy fuel oil) sets continues.
UK-based Aggreko has appointed John Wilson as its new general manager for the Nordic region.
