Eight members of the UK’s Access Alliance were presented with their IPAF Rental+ accreditation at a recent meeting of the association.

Stephanie Nolan-Byrne, IPAF audit and quality control manager, presented the Rental+ certificates. Michelle Warren, The chairwoman of the Access Alliance, said, ”I’d like to thank Stephanie for attending our meeting and presenting members with their certificates; it was great for so many of us to receive them at the same time.”

Warren added, ”All Access Alliance members work together to a robust Service Level Agreement ensuring our customers can expect the same high level of customer service and quality of machines wherever they may be within the UK. To back this up further, at a recent meeting members voted to make IPAF Rental+ a prerequisite of membership to the Access Alliance.”

The majority of Access Alliance members are now IPAF Rental+, with the others now working towards it.
