Riwal has been named winner of The Customer and Market Engagement Award in the Grand Final of this year’s European Business Awards, at an exclusive ceremony held in Warsaw, Poland.
The rental company was named one of 12 category winners following a final live judging session, after the competition began last year with over 112,000 businesses from 34 countries initially considered. Having been one of 2898 companies designated as ‘Ones to Watch’ in December 2017, Riwal went on to become one of 289 National Winners on 1 May.
Riwal then advanced to the finals where a judging panel selected it as winner of the category for customer and market engagement. The judges determined Riwal delivers an innovative, and superior customer experience within its sector. They also said Riwal adds a powerful USP to its brand based upon an integrated omni-channel strategy, with leading edge technology and processes, measurement led performance improvement and highly skilled employees within its organisation and its supply chain.
Over 450 successful business leaders from across Europe came together at the two-day event with politicians, ambassadors and academics to celebrate the achievement of the category winners in Europe’s largest and most prestigious business competition.
