Willenbacher has become the first company in Germany to receive JLG’s new Hi-Capacity boom lift models

Building on the existing 460SJ, it addresses market requirements with its greater capacity, allowing more people in the basket and increased flexibility. The HC in HC3 refers to its Hi-Capacity, while the 3 stands for the three working areas to which the machine automatically adjusts itself. There is 300kg capacity available in the entire working envelope and 340kg to 454kg in the restricted area, allowing three people with tools in the basket and a maximum side inclination of 5 degrees.

With a working height of 16.2m and a maximum outreach of 13m, depending on the platform load, and continuous a 360-degree rotation, the 460SJ HC3 is also fitted with JLG’s ClearSky telematics system. It provides real-time information about the status of the machine, allowing for easier maintenance of equipment. All activities are logged and can be easily accessed via computer to provide support from a distance.

The 460SJ HC3 was introduced at bauma 2019 and the units delivered to Willenbacher are equipped with non-marking tyres, making them ideal for use near buildings with new or sensitive floors.

“We have had very good experiences with JLG, the cooperation has existed for a long time,” explained Christian Willenbacher, owner and managing director of Willenbacher Arbeitsbühnen. “and JLG always delivers the latest technology, whether it’s electric drive or high payloads.”
