New Riwal UK sales manager

Riwal UK has appointed Lee Rigby as its UK commercial manager. He will lead sales in the UK

Mick Ledden, country manager at Riwal UK, said Rigby’s track record and skills were a perfect match for the business. Rigby has nearly 20 years’ experience working for companies in the plant and powered access sector up to director level. His revious roles include UK sales director special vehicles, for Nationwide Platforms, UK head of sales at Loxam, and sales director at Speedy Services.

Ledden added, “Lee will lead our commercial team and work with me to plan and deliver the future growth of the business. The entire Riwal group welcomes him and is on hand to give him every assistance possible, to settle in quickly and start making a difference.”

Rigby added, “I’m joining Riwal at a very exciting time, both globally and in the UK. We have new premises and investment in the UK to enhance an already strong market position. Riwal has an excellent reputation and I look forward to working with the entire team to drive sustainable growth and give customers the best experience.”

As announced this month, Riwal UK will benefit from investment of nearly €100 million in Riwal’s fleet during 2019 – 75% of which will be for fleet expansion, with a strong focus on hybrid and all-electric machines.
