The company has added a new member to the team, with Craig Rooke joining TCA Lift as business development director. He joins the company from Teupen Maschinenbau where he has worked as sales director in the UK and Ireland for the past five years. Rooke has a very strong international background in sales and in his previous roles has achieved significant results, said TCA Lift.

Finn Schlitterlau, CEO at TCA Lift said, “Our plans are to grow the business and our market share, and to do this we need to expand our sales team. We were looking at the market and the person that stood out to us was Craig Rooke. Craig has a large range of experience in the equipment industry. We consider Craig’s reputation and knowledge within the industry very important to get a stronger foot hold in the UK and Ireland, and further to develop our business for our Falcon products internationally. I am delighted to welcome Craig on board in the TCA Lift team.”

He will have a focus initially on the UK and Ireland and will be selling directly into this region.

Schlitterlau continued, “At the same time Brian Falck Schmidt takes the role as sales director, and he will be responsible for our overall sales activities within TCA Lift. With these new significant actions and more to come, we have now initiated plans and steps to take our Falcon products into the next level.”

Rooke will operate out of the UK with support from sales and technical skills from TCA Lift’s head office in Odense, Denmark.

Rooke added, “I am very much honored. TCA LIFT called me and once I heard the enthusiasm and plans by the board of the company, it was an opportunity I couldn’t turn down.

The owners have a clear vision and direction of where they want to take the business and this aligns with my aspirations as well as the chance to work with a legend in the spider lifts market in the name of Brian Falck Schmidt.”
