The cranes, which can assemble themselves on site, include two 5500 E-series models and one 3300 E-series.

The 3300 lifts 125 tonnes and offers a maximum boom length of 74.7 metres in SHLH configuration. Its maximum boom and jib combination length is 41.1 + 52.3 m. Power is from a 186 kW Stage IIIa Caterpillar C71 diesel engine. The hydraulic system allows all functions to run simultaneously, the manufacturer said.

The 180 tonne capacity 5500 has a 261 kW Caterpillar engine, either a Tier IIIa C9 or a Tier IVf C9.3. Maximum main boom is 80.3 m and the longest boom and jib combination is 52.3 + 52.3 m.

Both machine types have a Star-Lifter crawler undercarriage. The 12 tonne main winches are rated at 160 kN and offer a rope speed up to 105 m/min.

According to Sennebogen, ”The uneven ground at the construction site in the port is often very challenging. This is where Sennebogen relies on touch and feel: the sensitive control guarantees the safe positioning of the load at any time. The state-of-the-art maXcab comfort cabs allow operators optimal visibility of the work area.”
