ERA Convention takes place this week

The European Rental Assoication’s (ERA) annual convention will take place this week, from 23-24 May, in Vienna, Austria.
This year’s theme will be on tomorrow’s customers, looking at the future of the European equipment rental industry and the relationship between rental companies and manufacturers.
The two-day convention will include chief speakers from rental companies, manufacturers and consultancies. ERA’s president, Pierre Boels, will open and conclude the event.
Taking place on the evening of the first day (23 May) will be the European Rental Awards, jointly organised by IRN magazine, KHL Group and the ERA.
There will be prizes for Large Rental Company of the Year, Small Rental Company of the Year, Rental Product of the Year, ERA Technical Committee Award, ERA Sustainability Award, Rental Person of the Year, and Lifetime Achievement Award.
The awards dinner will be held at Hotel Savoyen – the same venue as the ERA Convention.
