Kiloutou buys GAM's Polish business

Kiloutou has expanded its Polish business with the acquisition of the Polish subsidiary of GAM, the Spanish rental company.

The deal – for an undisclosed price – adds GAM Polska’s four depots and more than 40 employees to Kiloutou’s existing Polish business. GAM Polska’s fleet comprises around 400 machines, dominated by aerial platforms.

This transaction will continue this dynamic and strengthen our position in this market.

“In line with the acquisitions made this year of Cofiloc in Italy and CTC de Maquinaria in Spain, it illustrates KILOUTOU’s international development strategy aimed in particular at consolidating our positions in high-potential markets.”
