Construction output to reach US$645 Billion in 2017

2017 will be the year of recovery in Latin America with the latest World Bank’s forecast predicting a 1.2% growth.

South American countries are predicted to grow and although recent years have been challenging for the Brazilian market, the construction spending giant will return to growth in 2018.

2017 will be a strong year for Central America and will see its economies grow by 3.0%. The Caribbean will continue to grow by 3.2%.

According to IHS Global Insight the major economies in the region will see a construction output of US$645 billion in 2017.
