BAM Sports will develop the 15,000-capacity Arena Regensburg football stadium in Germany

BAM Deutschland AG has won new business worth more than €110 million in recent months.

The German subsidiary of Netherlands-based contractor Royal BAM Group has signed four new contracts for developments in its domestic market.

BAM Deutschland will develop and build the residential and shopping complex PolygonGarden in Berlin-Friedrichshain on behalf of Archigon Projektentwicklung & Baubetreuung GmbH. The project comprises 132 apartments spread over seven floors, six retail units and underground parking for 50 cars. The project is scheduled for completion in early 2015.

In Frankfurt, BAM Deutschland has started construction work on a sustainable office development for the city’s Department of Public Works. Covering more than 28,000 m2, the building will offer workspace for 600 employees.

In Rastatt, the contractor will develop and build the SchlossGalerie shopping centre, including office and parking spaces, on behalf of CharterHaus Real Estate GmbH. The project is set to open in 2015.

BAM Sports – a subsidiary of BAM Deutschland – will start the construction of the Arena Regensburg football stadium in January. The stadium, with space for more than 15,000 spectators, will be the home of SVV Jahn. The stadium was designed by architect Stefan Nixdorf of agn Niederberghaus & Partner GmbH and comprises four freestanding tribunes with a striking red façade.
