It has been confirmed that bauma CTT Russia 2021 will take place as planned, as a face-to-face trade fair from May 25 to 28 at Moscow’s IEC Crocus Expo.

According to event organisers Messe München, 339 exhibitors from 16 countries will exhibit on site at the show, which was due to be held last year but was cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic – just one of many events that have been cancelled or postponed.

According to Stefan Rummel, managing director of Messe München, the event going ahead is, “another step towards restarting the trade fair business, another positive signal also for the trade fairs in Germany.”

Sergey Alexandrov, managing director of Messe Muenchen Russia, added that, “The need to meet business partners and customers face-to-face is huge in the construction equipment industry right now – as reflected by the online visitor registration: the numbers are at the high level of the previous event in 2019. So, the importance of bauma CTT Russia remains unchanged.”

This year the show will place a special focus on the mining industry. The conference ‘Future of mining’ will mainly deal with the digital transformation of mining companies.

Tickets purchased for bauma CTT Russia 2020 remain valid for bauma CTT Russia 2021 held from May 25 to 28.
