CP Automation extends Magnetek stock

Scunthorpe, UK-based industrial electronics supply, repair and field service specialist CP Automation has expanded the range of crane controls it stocks from Wisconsin, USA-based manufacturer Magnetek.

The additional Magnetek models available through CP Automation are: the Flex Vue tandem crane control; the Flex Wave radio remote control product lines; the MagnePulse DMC Series 2 digital magnet control; and the OmniPulse DDC series 2 Digital DC Drive.

According to CP Automation, the Flex Vue tandem crane control is designed to allow operators to safely control two cranes with a single transmitter, while the Flex Wave radio remote control, formerly known as the Flex EX2, is rugged and particularly suitable for material handling, overhead crane, and industrial applications. The MagnePulse DMC Series 2 offers system monitoring for processes and equipment. It uses DC-to-DC control, it is particularly suitable for the operation of industrial lifting magnets in heavy-duty applications, said CP Automation.

Finally, the OmniPulse DDC Series 2 is an energy efficient drive designed to improve the performance and reliability of DC-operated material handling applications. According to CP Automation the DDC Series 2 makes a drop-in replacement for previously installed DDC Series 1 and Responder drives.
