ESTA awards night

04 April 2008

Five of the world's top crane firms have signed up as sponsors of this year's ESTA users' night, the association's annual awards and dinner which takes place at the Okura Hotel in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, on 3 June.

ESTA (European Association of Heavy Haulage, Transport and Mobile Cranes) is a federation of European trade associations representing mobile crane rental, heavy haulage and abnormal load transport companies.

The sponsors signed to date are Kobelco, Liebherr, Manitowoc, Tadano and Terex.

The event is billed as the biggest crane and heavy haulage transport party in Europe and is supported by International Cranes and Specialized Transport magazine.

"The awards dinner is a great chance to celebrate our industry's achievements, meet old friends and business colleagues and to make new contacts," said newly-appointed ESTA secretary Gino Koster.
"I hope all our friends and colleagues take this opportunity to meet, discuss the issues of the day and publicise their successes."

If your firm would like to enter or sponsor the awards, or attend the dinner, go to www.esta-eu.org (the publications and downloads section), or contact Gino Koster of ESTA on +31 622 398091 or Graham Anderson of KHL on +44 7711 650691.
