Havator gets Swedish wind power projects

Havator will carry out the main logistics and crane services on the four wind parks for the turbine manufacturer. The order is worth nearly Euro 2 million. "The contract covers lifting, land transport and handling at the harbour in four projects. Together these projects have 23 wind turbines," explained Mika Kolehmainen, Havator Wind project director.
Work will be done between May and August 2009. Output of the turbines is 2.5 MW each, giving a total of 57.5 MW.
