Kouhi promoted at Cramo

Rental company Cramo has appointed Mika Kouhi as its new senior vice president, M&A and Corporate Development.

Kouhi, who will join the group’s management team, begins his new position with immediate effect, and will report directly to the company’s president and CEO Leif Gustafsson.

Kouhi joined Cramo in 2013 and has been working in the development and turnaround of Cramo’s Central European business as well as heading the Central European finance department between 2015 and 2016.

He was appointed director, Business Development, at Cramo in January 2016. Since December that year, Kouhi was heading up M&A and Corporate Development within the company.

CEO Leif Gustafsson said, “I am very pleased to welcome Mika Kouhi into the group management team. Mika has a solid background in corporate finance and possesses hands-on experience in rental industry.

“He is a proven leader, who has played a vital role in strategy execution through M&A activity during the last year and a half. Mika is an important player in our Shape and Share growth strategy where merger and acquisitions will continue to play a central part.”

Gustafsson added that that Kouhi had the right competence and experience to drive and further develop the company.
