Manitou Group is reorganising its spare parts provision under a new name.

Designed to simplify the company’s existing spare sparts offering, the new brand will also reduce the group’s environmental impact. What was previously two XPRT spare part offerings; one for Gehl and MustangbyManitou products and the other for Manitou products have been brought together under one name, Manitou Group Parts.

Simplifying spare parts, follows a wider change in group strategy for its Manitou, Gehl and MustangbyManitou brands. The company says it will also make it easier for users to search for spare parts, while optimising the order preparation process, with the same packaging for all parts.

Valérie Mougin, customer experience project manager for spare parts, said, “Manitou Group Parts is the result of the streamlining of our spare parts brand. Our goal is to improve the legibility of our brand. This project fits perfectly within our CSR approach: we redesigned the packages with our suppliers in order to limit our consumption of raw materials and reduce costs. We are using less ink on the boxes and less plastic for the packaging, and all of the boxes we use are certified 100% recyclable.”

Packages now have a new logo with the three brands, Manitou, Gehl and MustangbyManitou in the same colour for better legibility.
