Chinese access equipment manufacturer LGMG is to launch a new tracked scissor lift at this year’s CSPI-EXPO, which takes place in Japan next week.

Specifically designed for the Japanese market, the new SC0407E features a working height of 6.5m and a platform capacity of 200kg.

It has an operating weight of 800kg and is equipped with an extension deck with a capacity of 115kg.

According to LGMG, part of Lingong Machinery Group, the compact scissor lift has a width of 0.78m, allowing it to fit through narrow spaces, and features a new foldable ladder design that reduces the length of the machine for easy transport.

LGMG said the SC0407E can be used in “harsh construction environments” and offers a 360-degree turning radius.

While the model, which is fitted with a maintenance-free battery and non-marking pedrail as standard, will initially be available in Japan, LGMG said it would also be “available in European and American markets soon”.
