Rapid adds updated Alimak to fleet

Rapid Platforms invests in updated Alimak Scando 650

Access rental specialists Rapid Platforms, part of the AFI group of companies, is adding the new and improved Alimak Scando 65/32 goods and passenger hoist to its Rack and Pinion Hoists hire division.

Alimak’s Scando 65/32 hoist has a 2,400kg lift weight and has been enhanced with energy-efficient drives to provide lower power consumption, leading to reduced operational costs. The hoist is lightweight and easy to manoeuvre onsite even in the toughest working conditions.
