Spider hires industrial sales rep

Don Hatch will be responsible for Spider's Midwestern clients. Spider, a division of SafeWorks, LLC, hired hatch recently as its new industrial sales representative who will serve owners in Ohio, Michigan, Illinois, Missouri, Minnesota and other surrounding areas.

Hatch will work to solve clients' questions with suspended access and safety challenges in power plants and other industrial settings. He previous held a position with Clyde Bergemann Power Group as regional sales manager where he drummed up more than $1 million of new sales. Hatch brings over 15 years of sales experience to Spider.

"This position creates an opportunity to provide our customers with better access solutions by building strategic alliances with our industrial customers," said vice president of sales, John Sotiroff. "Don's skill set, dedication to the customer, and knowledge of the Spider business and industrial markets makes him a perfect fit."

Hatch received a bachelors of science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Washington.
