Mike Samora has joined Terex Aerial Work Platforms, a segment of the Terex Corp., as global director of marketing solutions

Terex Aerial Work Platforms has appointed two new marketing personnel to its global team. Mike Samora has joined Terex Aerial Work Platforms, a segment of the Terex Corp., as global director of marketing solutions. The company also appointed Debbie George to the new position of global brand marketing leader. Samora will spearhead all marketing communication functions under Linda Mayer, vice president and general manager of global marketing and product management, while George will report directly to Samora.

Samora will work with the public and trade media, advertising, announcing product launches, website content, promotions, conferences and trade shows as well as other business. He will focus on Genie and Terex brands. Samora was previously president of Premier Postage for the past two years, and also worked with Procter and Gamble, The Coca-Cola Co., and The Campbell Soup Company.

George will oversee the Genie and Terex AWP brand projects internally and externally. She will be a key customer marketing relationship leader, according to Terex. Prior to the new position, George was global director of marketing for the Terex AWP division in Redmond, Washington. She has been with the company for 23 years
