Top speakers confirmed for Europlatform access rental conference

Several top speakers have already been confirmed for the Europlatform access rental conference in Milan on 15 September.

Cees van der Kooij, a chief operating officer with Loxam, will give a presentation on Ten things not to do in a recession, and Antonio Gómez de la Vega, director - JLG Financial Solutions for Europe, Africa and the Middle East, will look at how the financial crisis has affected access to capital for rental companies.

Chris Sleight, Editor of Construction Europe magazine, will meanwhile give a presentation on forecasts for construction activity in Europe over the next 12 months.

The event, which is jointly organised by Access International and IPAF, will also include a round-table discussion with senior figures from rental, access manufacturing and rental software specialists.

The conference takes place in Milan, Italy, on Tuesday 15 September with the theme, Access Rentals - Ready for the Rebound? Being held at the Atahotel Expo Fiera in Milan the one-day conference is dedicated to access rental management issues and is targeted at senior management.

"These are truly difficult times and only the best-run companies will survive," said IPAF managing director Tim Whiteman. "Those who come to the conference can equip themselves with the right strategies and knowledge to cope with the changing market."
