German manufacturer Wilbert will launch a pair of new luffing jib models, including a new range-topper that beats even the already impressively large WT 1905L launched in April 2009.

The latest addition to the heavy lifter series, the WT 2405L e.tronic, is claimed to be Europe's strongest serially manufactured tower crane.

Capacity is 128 tonnes. Jib length is up to 78 m and a runner can be added to extend this to 83 m. The crane will be assembled on a new tower system which allows freestanding tower heights up to 130 m. New and on show in the 170 tonne-metre class is the WT 175L e.tronic luffer. Maximum jib is 36 m.
