A-Plant plans for Safer working

UK rental company A-Plant is launching several new safety initiatives at the Safety and Health Expo, held in Birmingham, UK, in May. Its `Better Back’ campaign is aimed to highlight its own range of products that assist with lifting and manual handling. It is launched alongside a further version of its Site Safety Pack, which includes a new supplement on dust, focusing on the reduced workplace exposure limits for respirable crystalline silica (RCS) introduced in October 2006 by the UK's Health and Safety Executive.
