A-Plant retains SafeHire award

21 December 2016

UK rental company A-Plant has announced it has successfully retained the SafeHire quality mark certification.

The certificate was awarded by the Hire Association Europe (HAE) – a European body for the development of the hire and rental industry.

The accreditation was awarded following an inspection which included a detailed audit of 12 service centres, selected at random by the HAE.

SafeHire is a programme which recognises high standards of health, safety, quality and environmental practices carried out by rental companies.

Chris Ryan, head of performance standards, A-Plant, said, “Our service centres demonstrated our number one priority is to ensure the health and safety of all those who come into contact with our equipment – whether they are our employees or our customers.

“The certification reflects the integrity of A-Plant’s exceptional processes and procedures, and gives customers the assurance that our staff actually practice them.”
