AFI expands to the south west

As part of a move to increase its coverage in the South West of the UK, AFI has opened a new depot in Newquay – giving the company a presence for the first time in Cornwall.

The new depot, the 20th in AFI’s national depot network. Ian Rollins, regional operations manager, said, “The new depot is ideally located to serve all the major towns in Cornwall. It will operate in association with our Exeter depot, with the depots having a combined fleet of over 200 machines.”

Nationally, AFI has over 5000 powered access machines, 20 depots and 21 training centres.
