Thailand: The Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC) has signed a YEN 35.4 billion (US$ 330 million) loan with Thailand to finance construction of a new international airport terminal. The facility at Nong Ngu Hao, 30 km east of Bangkok, will be capable of handling up to 45 million passengers per year and over 2 million tonnes of cargo annually.
