AJ Access invests in more Genie platforms

UK rental company, AJ Access Platforms, is expanding its fleet with a number of Genie S-125 self propelled telescopic booms and some electric and rough terrain scissors. These machines will join the diesel-powered articulating Z-45/25 RT booms, GS-5390 and GS-1932 scissor lifts, Z-45/25 Bi-Energy booms and Z30/20 N RJ articulating booms which were recently delivered to AJ Access by Genie.

Managing director, Tony Mort of AJ Access Ltd said, "We pride ourselves on supplying a wide range of excellent quality access platforms to our customers and our recent purchases of new Genie equipment is testament to that. A proportion of the new equipment will be drafted into our sales stock, the rest adding to our modern rental fleet which will help us to provide our customers with a comprehensive range of access solutions to suit their individual needs."

The S-125 machine has a working height of 40.15 m and a horizontal reach of 24.38 m, its 1.52 m articulating jib boom provides a 135° working range. The electric scissors - GS-1932, GS-2032, GS-3246 are suitable for indoor maintenance and construction projects, mechanical/electrical system installations, painting and plaster boarding. The diesel rough terrain scissor models - GS-3390 RT, GS-4290 RT can be used in outdoor applications such as building maintenance, cladding, welding pipes and exterior finishing.
