The Versi Pro 15 is the latest addition to Genesis Attachments' shear line, aimed at use with mid-sized carriers in the 13 tonne range

Genesis Attachments LLC has taken over the Genesis Europe GmbH production site at Memmingen, Germany, with effect from 1 July 2010, from where a new company, Genesis GmbH, will operate. According to a company statement, Genesis GmbH will continue operations, including assembly and central warehousing activities, for Europe, Africa and the Middle East. It will also continue to invest in the growth of the Genesis brand and the product range.

Meanwhile, Genesis Europe will change its name to Kiesel Technologies und Entwicklungsgessellschaft (K-TEG). The resulting new company will withdraw completely from the scrap shear sector, and will concentrate on further developing the Kiesel Quick Connect System that was formerly known as the Genesis Quick Connect as well as working on other innovations and developments.
