Altec launches new truck mount

Altec Industries has introduced a new model in its HiLine range of telescopic/articulating truck mounts in the shape of the AH150. This has a working height of 150 ft (45.7 m) and a material handling capacity of 1000 lbs (453.6 kg). The AH150 has telescopic upper and lower booms for superior reach, with a platform capacity up to 1600 lbs (725.8 kg).

The AH150 comes with outrigger boom interlocks, outrigger motion alarms, back up alarm, outrigger pads and a hydraulically extendible and articulating jib as standard, and platforms are available in fiberglass or aluminum.

When folded in the road travel position on a commercially produced chassis, the AH150 is 44.75 ft (13.64 m) in length, 13.3 ft (4.05 m) in height and meets the legal weight requirements, including bridge formula, in all US states. It is also capable of traveling in most US states without the need for any special permits.
