With effect from September, Brian will be general manager southern at Worsley Plant

Former Kocurek general manager Brian Carroll has joined Worsley Plant as general manager southern, to help the latter to grow its presence in the demolition, construction and recycling markets in the southern UK. He will set up a new facility to service London and the south of England and will be responsible for it and the new Worsley team that will staff it.

Brian said: “I travelled up to the offices in Middlewich, Cheshire, and spent the afternoon with managing director Sean Heron, whereby he sold the company to me. I was also very impressed with how I saw the company being run and the team ethic was clear straight away.”

“I am very excited about the role and the opportunity. I am looking forward to setting it up, generating sales and being part of the Worsley team. I truly believe that the potential is huge and that if we can be successful in London then it will be massive for Worsley Plant.”

Sean said: “I’ve made no secret of the fact that I respect Brian and the work that he does. I was keen to get him to join the team. We had intended to open a facility in London in 2016 but securing Brian as a team member has bought that forward in our plans as he is available now and is the right man for the job.”

Worsley Plant is currently a UK dealer for a number of attachment manufacturers, including MB, Remu, Rotar, Lehnhoff and Waste Systems.
