Arcomet Moves Forward Again

The world's largest tower crane-owning company, Arcomet Group reported record 2006 turnover of Euro 103 million. Consolidated turnover for 2007 is forecast in the range of Euro 115 to 120 million.

Belgium-based Arcomet is “increasingly taking a prominent role in the consolidation of a buoyant but fragmented world tower crane rental and services market, with new branches or joint ventures with regional service companies scheduled to open in Western Europe and North America in the next 12 to 24 months,” according to the company.

Investment opportunities in emerging markets in the Middle East, Far East and Central Europe are under investigation.
