07 March 2016

The American Rental Association’s recent 60th anniversary exhibition in Atlanta, US, attracted 5932 rental attendees from 2568 rental businesses who viewed the products showcased by 665 exhibitors.

The ARA said the show, which took place from 21 to 24 February at the Georgia World Congress Center, brought together an increased number of rental business attendees over the previous show for the seventh consecutive year — an achievement last accomplished in the 1970s.

The 2015 edition of The Rental Show attracted 5870 rental visitors, representing 2513 rental businesses.

The ARA’s first annual convention and trade show during February 1957 attracted 100 attendees and eight exhibitors in Omaha, Nebraska.

This year’s edition saw a wide range of products showcased, together with generally upbeat forecasts on prospects for the equipment rental market.
