United Forklift and Access Solutions has invested AU$26 million in Haulotte products as part of its fleet renewal programme. It is the largest single order for Haulotte Australia.

The order, valued at AU$26 million, closely follows delivery of United Forklift and Access Solutions’ 1000th Haulotte machine.

United is based in Perth, Western Australia, and operates from seven locations throughout Australia. In addition to its access business it is also an industrial forklift dealer and rental company.

Keith Clarke, managing director of Haulotte Australia said the two companies have been working together for the past five to six years and have developed a real collaboration.

“United Forklift and Access Solutions is one of Australia’s largest privately owned forklift and access equipment companies with operations in all states,” Mr Clarke said.

“United has the complete range of Haulotte products over eight ranges of products spanning 60 different models. United also do a lot of retail sales of Haulotte machines via a substantial branch network extending across all of the major metropolitan centres as well as regional areas in Victoria and Western Australia.”

The order features the full range of Haulotte’s equipment line up and will roll out over a 12 month period across United Equipment’s branches nationally as the company replaces some of its existing fleet and utilises the new equipment to grow and expand into new markets.

Among the equipment will be articulating booms HA16RTJ and HA20RTJ; the Optimum 8 ac electric scissor, and HT23RTJ telescopic boom.
