The T110, at 2.3 t, is Bobcat's smallest tracked loader.

At 2.3 t, 1.2 m wide, and 2.3 m long, Bobcat's new T110 tracked loader is the smallest in the six-model range, launched six years ago. The new machine is approximately 500 kg lighter, 0.2 m narrower and 0.12 m shorter than the T140, the next larger model.

Bobcat squeezed the design to make the T110 transportable, it said, on a light trailer behind a mid-sized vehicle. The US-based company gave its new loader the same Kubota V2403 engine as in the T180, two models larger. However, the engine in the newest loader is naturally aspirated and delivers 31.2 kW, 8% less than the 34 kW of the T140.

The T110 is rated at 505 kg operating capacity, which is137 kg (21%) less than the T140's 642 kg. Tipping load of the new machine is 1443 kg, and it dumps at a height of 1999 mm and reaches to 579 mm at maximum dump height.

Maximum speed is 8.4 km/hr on 250 mm wide rubber tracks. Ground pressure is 31.7 kPa, and sound pressure is 101 dB(A).

The T110 has 52.2 l/min of auxiliary hydraulics flow, and 20 of the company's attachments for tool carriers fit the new loader. Bobcat' Power Bob-tach feature, which allows attachment change without operator movement from the cab, is an optional feature.

Operator features include a cab as standard with removable rear and top windows; fully-adjustable, cushioned seat; and Bobcat's Interlock Control System, for safety. Options include cab heating, deluxe instrumentation, and a security system with keyless ignition package.

Bobcat said maintenance is eased by the T110's triple-flange track rollers that never need greasing, automatic transmission belt tensioning, grease-gun track tensioning, dual cab tilt cylinders, a transversely-mounted engine, and a swing-open tailgate.
