Brand Background

Based in Chesterfield, Missouri, Brand Services is owned by JPMorgan Partners, a private equity company that is part of the JPMorgan Chase bank. JP Morgan acquired Brand in late 2002.

Its core businesses are scaffolding and concreting, but Brand also operates several specialist divisions, including Brand Special Events (which rents grandstands seating and crowd control barriers), Kwikrig (rigging and scaffolding services for the film industry), Levitator (permanent and temporary suspended access platforms for building façade maintenance) and a building and structure insulation division established this summer.
