Call for oldest aerial platform rental companies in North America

American Lift & Handlers is embarking on a search to find the oldest aerial platform rental companies in North America. Do you have the history to make the cut?

We'd like to know when your company was founded and if there is a separate rental division, when that started, as well. For instance, the Trico organization was founded in 1952 and has had its devoted lift division (Trico Lift) since 1980. What about you? Even if you're younger than Trico, still send us a note.

We understand that many of the oldest rental companies have been acquired and no longer operate under their original identities. For that reason, we will have two separate categories:

- Category one is for the oldest continuously operating aerials rental company in North America.

- The second category is for companies, including the large national consolidators, that have acquired old rental firms. Here, we are looking for historical details of your oldest acquired rental company/location.

This gives smaller, independent firms a chance to highlight their longevity and history, and for the larger companies its an opportunity to acknowledge and celebrate their historical roots.

Where possible we will also try to identify the oldest companies by State or Region.
