CTE B-Lift 165.

CTE has launched a new aerial platform for its B-Lift telescopic range.

The B-Lift 165 has a working height of 16.5 m and a maximum capacity of 250 kg and represents the first in a new light duty series set to reach 27 m working height.

Based on the features of the B-Lift 162, this new product moves to a new stronger, 2 mm thick SSAB Domex steel, from the 3 mm used before.

There is also a new CAN bus management system and a new hydraulic management system. The user interfaces are the same as on the manufacturer’s articulated ZED range with fully proportional electro-hydraulic controls, variable engine speed, smooth maneuvers with acceleration and deceleration ramp. A remote console is housed in a compartment on the platform.

The chassis has been completely redesigned and includes the new IOTS (integrated oil tank system).

The total weight of the platform is less than 3200 kg. Mounted on a Nissan Cabstar NT 400, the platform’s height is less than 3000 mm. Stabilization is HS+HS, also in shape. Basket access has been lowered by 120 mm compared to the previous B-Lift versions. The basket is available in Alu or fiberglass, while the rotation is equal to 65°+65° at 200°.
