The second International Rental Exhibition (IRE) will be held at the RAI exhibition centre in Amster

The second International Rental Exhibition (IRE) will be held at the RAI exhibition centre in Amsterdam on 7-9 June 2011.

The second International Rental Exhibition (IRE) will take place in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, on 7-9 June, 2011. The European Rental Association (ERA) will again support the show and hold the ERA Convention and the European Rental Awards during the exhibition.

The first IRE show was held at the RAI Exhibition and Convention Centre in Amsterdam in June 2008 and the same venue will be used for next year's event. IRE is organised by Netherlands exhibition specialist IPI and KHL Group, publisher of IRN.

Gérard Déprez, president of ERA and chief executive of Loxam, called on the rental industry to get behind the show and said it would be well timed to coincide with the recovery of the rental market after an "unprecedented crisis".

"At the beginning of recovery, this 2011 show is perfectly-timed as we need to assess manufacturers, their equipment ranges, their new machines, novelties and their service networks", said Mr Déprez.

"It provides the opportunity for manufacturers and service suppliers to meet customers and to introduce their latest tailored solutions to the market. No one can miss this opportunity. Make the most of the recovery and save the dates now."
