Swiss crane service provider Welti Furrer has taken delivery of the first of two Terex AC 350/6 all terrain cranes.

The crane was received at the Terex facility in Zweibrücken by Terex Cranes sales managers Andreas Schramm and Oskar Meier to Amos Dubacher, Welti Furrer technical co-ordinator. Two of the company’s crane operators also attended the event to receive training on the new crane.

Dubacher said, “The fact that the cranes have the same equipment and configuration means that we can install the accessories on either one as needed, giving us the maximum level of flexibility and versatility possible. In addition, the fact that the crane has a compact design and a small front overhang means that it is the perfect match for areas with limited space.”

The crane will be stationed at the Welti Furrer sites in Wil and Windisch, in Switzerland.
