EDA closes in on call for papers deadline

21 January 2016

The deadline to submit a paper for the European Demolition Association (EDA) 2016 Convention is coming up soon.

Interested speakers need to send in their ideas by January 30, and the EDA will notify them of which papers are being used on February 12.

Possible themes suggested by the EDA include innovation in construction management, decontamination of hazardous waste, demolition waste management and recycling.

This year’s event, which has “Innovating Together” as its theme, takes place in Glasgow, United Kingdom, from June 9 to 11. It will be an opportunity for demolition professionals from several countries to find out the latest industry trends, discuss common objectives and work on best practice.
