The würzburg administrative court has dismissed heidelberg cement's legal challenge to Germany's Emissions Trading Act (TEHG)-see September CE. A similar action had already failed at the Karlsruhe Administrative Court earlier this year. Neither Court agreed with the company's view that the TEHG is unconstitutional, but Heidelberg Cement plans to appeal against their decisions at the Bundesve rwaltungsgericht, Germany's highest Administrative Court.
