Enigma appoints sales manager for UK and Ireland

David White has been appointed as Enigma's sales manager for the UK and Ireland.

David White has been appointed as Enigma's sales manager for the UK and Ireland.

UK company Enigma Vehicle Systems PLC, has appointed David White sales manager for the UK and Ireland. Mr White has 15 years experience in the industry and has joined the company from Trafficmaster, where he was dealer account manager. His appointment is part of a rapid expansion at Enigma where staff numbers have doubled in the last year to meet customer demand.

Enigma Vehicle Systems specialises in tracking, security, telematics, safety and fleet management systems, Ian Keam-George, chief executive,said: "We are delighted that David has joined us. His expertise in every area of the industry from engineering support to sales will be tremendous for our business in the UK and Ireland. We want to increase the focus we have on customers here and David will lead the growth in our home market."

Mr White will be responsible for sales and service of Enigma products in the UK and Ireland including those sold direct to the customer. He will also be developing relationships with existing resellers and new distributors throughout the area. Mr White will explore new avenues to market, particularly into expanding Enigma sales in vertical market areas such as access hire, crane hire, waste management, recycling, local authorities and agriculture.

Mr White said: "In these tough times, security is more important than ever as companies look to protect their assets. I believe Enigma's products and services can provide new cost-effective solutions for many companies in the UK and Ireland. I want to ensure that Enigma takes full advantage of the many opportunities there are in the market."
