EPW to open Louisville warehouse

By Lindsey Anderson20 June 2011

Equipment Parts Wholesale (EPW), an aerial lift parts provider, is opening an aerial lift parts distribution center August 1 in Louisville, KY. This is in addition to the company's existing warehouse and corporate office in Fresno, CA.

"The new location means faster transit times and extreme freight savings to 90 percent or more of customers," said Brian MacFarland, general manager of EPW. EPW will be able to ship to certain locations by ground in two days or less.

"More than ever, the industry is demanding faster shipping (often overnight) without breaking the bank to get it. This second distribution center allows us to meet those demands with all our customers, which translates into maximum savings when purchasing from EPW," MacFarland continued. "What better way to celebrate EPW's 10-year anniversary than by making our service better for the people (customers), who gave us the opportunity to exist in the first place."

The new distribution center in Kentucky will be organized similar to EPW's California warehouse as far as stock, warehouse staff and shipping procedures are concerned, the company said. Will call pick-up will also be available at the Louisville distribution center and customers will receive a 5% parts discount.

The address for EPW's new warehouse is:

4851 Jennings Lane

Louisville, KY

Phone and fax numbers will remain the same.
